Required Skills & Experience

● Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

● Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge

● Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs

● Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.

● Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

● Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.

● Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies

● Clouds : Sales, Service , Experience Cloud

● Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences

● Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II and/or Application Architect, System Architect.
