Description:

  • Overall,
    8+ Years of CX/CRM
    Implementation experience
  • Experienceof Implementation experience in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • At least one full implementation cycle
    experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
    in
    Utilities or Communications Industry
    in Architect /Technical Lead Role
  • Sound experience in
    technical design using Vlocity CPQ, EPC and CLM
  • Sound experience in
    technical design using Salesforce Industries Interaction Platform
    tools like Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, Data Raptor, Integration Procedure
  • Thorough understanding of
    salesforce development
    in the areas of APEX, Salesforce Communities, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques
  • Experience in handing
    migration
    from legacy system/legacy CRM platform to Salesforce/Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
