Job Role: Salesforce Solution Architect – Public Sector

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering secure, scalable, and innovative Salesforce solutions for the Public Sector. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and technical leadership across public sector solutions, Experience Cloud, Field Service (FSL), and Salesforce Shield, ensuring compliance, performance, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Public Sector implementations, aligning with government standards and compliance frameworks.
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce Public sector solution, Experience Cloud for communities.
• Architect and optimize Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions
• Define and implement Salesforce Shield features (event monitoring, platform encryption, field audit trail) to meet data security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration strategies, and API frameworks.
• Provide technical governance, best practices, and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure solutions are future-proof, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and alignment with Salesforce roadmap.
• Ensure end to end architecture and processes are scalable and future ready.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with at least 3 years in an Architect role.
• Proven expertise in Public Sector Solutions and understanding of government processes and compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) architecture and configuration.
• Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of Salesforce Shield (encryption, audit, monitoring).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, integrations (APIs, middleware), and data governance.
• Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
