As an Accounts Clerk with Coral Coast Distributors, you are an integral part of the team that makes up a locally-owned business that is an industry leader in the area.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business operations through administration activities including the management of accounts payable & receivable.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping (completed or undertaking)

  • Excellent staff management

  • Excellent time management

  • Experience with industry software programs (Google Drive, Microsoft programs. In particular, Excel spreadsheets)

  • Experience with inventory management software

  • Processing of confidential information

  • Ability to take initiative and create standard operating procedures and develop existing systems

Desirable Criteria

  • Qualification in Administration

  • Driver's License

  • First Aid Certificate
