Job Title:

• Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibility:

• Accounting clerks oversee creditor and debtor accounts, handle associated routine documentation, and analyze and calculate costs such as wages, materials, overheads, and other operational expenses.

Duties:

• Preparing and processing documentation related to accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling invoices and dispatching payments
• Calculating, analyzing, and investigating the costs of proposed expenditures, wages, and standard costs
• Preparing bank reconciliations
• Allocating expenditures to designated budget accounts
• Summarizing expenditure and receipts
• Maintaining records of standard costs and values for items such as raw materials and packaging supplies
• Recording cost variations and changes in contract prices
• Compiling cost data for the preparation of operating budgets, and profit and loss statements
• Investigating costs associated with proposed expenditures, quotations, and estimates
• Preparing reports on total costs, inventory adjustments, selling prices, and profits

Qualification:

• AQF Certificate II or Higher
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field

• Office Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Office Managers coordinate and oversee the activities and resources within an office, including administrative processes and staff management.

Duties:

• Assisting in the planning and review of office services, establishing priorities and service standards
• Distributing human resources, space, and equipment efficiently
• Assigning tasks to staff and monitoring their performance
• Managing office records and financial accounts
• Collaborating with professionals to coordinate office operations and resolve issues
• Ensuring office equipment and supplies are properly maintained
• Complying with occupational health and safety regulations
• Ensuring all work adheres to applicable government laws, policies, and procedures
• Overseeing personnel activities such as recruitment, promotions, performance evaluations, payroll, training, and supervision

Qualification:

• AQF Diploma or Higher
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field

• $63,000 - $80,000 Superannuation

Job Title:

• Supply and Distribution Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Plans, organizes, oversees, manages, and coordinates the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods produced by an organization.

Duties:

• Determining, implementing, and monitoring strategies, policies, and plans for purchasing, storage, and distribution
• Preparing and executing plans to maintain adequate stock levels at minimal cost
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
• Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply demands and control stock levels
• Operating recording systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, and ensuring reordering and restocking occur at optimal times
• Coordinating with other departments and customers regarding requirements for outgoing goods and arranging transportation
• Overseeing the recording and documentation of purchase, storage, and distribution transactions
• Managing and supervising staff activities and evaluating their performance

Job Title:

• Truck Driver (General)

Job Responsibility:

• Truck drivers operate heavy trucks, removal vans, tankers, and tow trucks to transport large and bulky goods, as well as liquids.

Duties:

• Skillfully maneuvering vehicles into precise positions for efficient loading and unloading operations
• Using appropriate lifting and tipping devices to load and unload goods safely and effectively
• Adhering strictly to safety protocols to minimize risks during vehicle loading and unloading activities
• Performing routine quality inspections on vehicles to confirm they are in safe, operable condition
• Accurately estimating cargo weights to ensure compliance with load restrictions and promote balanced weight distribution
• Securing and covering goods securely to prevent movement, loss, or damage during transportation
• Carefully reviewing loading documents, inspecting the condition of goods prior to transit, and obtaining necessary delivery confirmations

Qualification:

• AQF Certificate II or Higher
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field

• $54,000 - $69,500 Superannuation

Job Title:

• Fruit Farm Worker

Job Responsibility:

Fruit farm workers carry out routine tasks involved in the cultivation of fruits.

Duties:

• Patrolling, inspecting, and reporting on the condition of fruit crops and trees
• Planting fruit trees, seeds, seedlings, and supporting plants using hand tools and farm machinery
• Preparing soil, cultivating, and maintaining fruit plantations through activities such as thinning, weeding, hoeing, pruning, and branch or vine thinning
• Spraying fruit trees with pesticides to control weeds, insects, fungi, and diseases
• Operating irrigation systems to provide adequate water for fruit crops
• Erecting supporting structures like trellises and protective coverings such as netting, greenhouses, and fences for fruit trees
• Selecting and harvesting fruits according to quality standards, and discarding overripe or damaged produce
• Grading, packing, sorting, bunching, and loading fruits for transportation
• Maintaining and cleaning farm infrastructure and equipment, including sheds, fences, water supply, and irrigation systems
• Operating and maintaining machinery for cultivating, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting fruit crops
• Using data collection and farm management systems to monitor and optimize fruit production

Qualification:

• AQF Certificate I, Compulsory Secondary Education or Higher
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field

Salary:

• $60,000 - $75,000 Superannuation

Working Condition:

• Full Time / 38 hours per week
