As our HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality, safety, and environmental management systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 within legislative guidelines
  • Facilitating management system reviews and maintaining all documents and records
  • Coordinating mid-level management meetings to address escalated issues
  • Driving efficiency and quality improvements on the workshop floor
  • Maintaining the Risk Register and managing risks effectively
  • Conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, and overseeing corrective/preventative action
  • Leading Annual Quality Management System reviews and presenting findings
  • Representing Chess Engineering in customer compliance and third-party audits
  • Reporting on continuous improvement targets to senior management on monthly basis
  • Collaborating with Human Resources on legislative policy and procedure updates
  • Incident and accident prevention
  • Working with HSEQ nationally to have a uniformed approached

Industry experience Manufacturing or related is beneficial. Degree Qualified related field
