Tasks & responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of front of house/bar operations.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, ambiance, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing, health, and safety regulations
  • Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Set-up and pack down of venue, including the TAB area.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with staff and customers
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
