We're on an exciting journey to grow our business, and we need a passionate, hands-on Supervisor / Duty Manager to join our tight-knit team and help shape our future

About the Role: As our Supervisor / Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our venue, leading our front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced, fun environment, take charge of daily operations, and grow your leadership skills in the vibrant hospitality industry. Whether you're a seasoned leader or ready to step up, this role offers the perfect platform to make your mark.

What You'll Do:

  • Run the show during service, overseeing bar and floor operations with flair.
  • Inspire and guide our front-of-house crew to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Handle opening/closing procedures, cash-ups, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Ensure RSA compliance and keep safety first, always.
  • Keep stock levels in check, manage keg changes, and make our products pop.
  • Jump behind the bar when the action heats up – you're not afraid to get stuck in

Who You Are:

  • A hospitality lover with a spark for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • 3+ years of bar or hospitality experience, with a knack for leading by example.
  • Holder of a current RSA Certificate and Approved Managers Card.
  • A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Bonus points if you're as passionate about craft beer as we are
