We are advertising on behalf of our client "South of Perth Yacht Club". We are seeking an experienced and motivated candidates to join a vibrant, hospitality or leisure industry.

The Role:

As the Duty Manager, you will be the key point of contact for all club operations during your shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests. You will oversee staff, maintain operational standards, and uphold the exceptional customer service our members expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all club activities, from waterfront operations to bar and restaurant services, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage club staff, providing guidance and ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, addressing member queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor the efficiency of all processes, maintain facilities, and ensure compliance with club policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Support staff development and training to ensure a motivated, efficient, and highly skilled team.

Experience and Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory or management role within the hospitality or leisure industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
