Based in our Henderson Head Office and reporting to our WA Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating labour pool across multiple industries, contracts, sites and projects
  • Ensuring the most effective use of our existing labour pool
  • Daily communication with clients to fill labour requirements
  • Reporting on labour shortfalls to the recruitment team to ensure active recruitment of new personnel
  • Utilising the company database and systems to ensure information is accurately tracked and updated
  • Working on a rotating on call basis (Every 7-9 weeks)

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • 1-2 years prior experience in a workforce planning/scheduling role or similar - prior experience in a labour hire environment is highly regarded
  • Prior experience with FastTrack360 is preferred but not essential
  • First rate customer service skills
  • Be able to effectively communicate and build relationships
  • Have a "think outside the box" attitude
  • Work well within a small and tight knit team
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong attention to detail
