**About the Role**

This is a highly operational role where you will lead a team of Industrial Services Operators to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant services to our clients. You will be responsible for planning and supervising daily work while also participating directly in service delivery when required.

**What you will do**:

- **Lead daily site operations,**pre-starts, and toolbox talks to ensure safety and** schedule adherence**:

- **Operate equipment**including vacuum trucks, combo units, forklifts, and water jetting tools
- **Perform hands-on tasks**:high-pressure water jetting, vacuum loading, drain cleaning, and manual labor
- **Supervise subcontractors and uphold site safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards**:

- **Liaise with customers, manage job paperwork, and coordinate future work**:

- **Conduct safety inspections, enforce HSEQ policies,**and drive operational improvements
- **Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers**to support seamless operations

**Who You Are**

You are a confident team leader who is comfortable both supervising and performing operational tasks. You are committed to safety and continuous improvement, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Experience in **industrial services** or a similar **operational environment**:

- Previous experience in a **hands-on labouring** or **field-based role**:

- Demonstrated **leadership ability** and **team coordination skills**:

- A strong understanding of **workplace safety**, **risk management**, and **compliance standards**:

- **HR truck licence** is highly desirable
- Desirable tickets include **High Pressure Water Jetting**, **Working at Heights**, **Confined Space**, **Forklift**, **Skid Steer**, **EWP**, and **White Card**:

- Strong **communication skills** and **customer service mindset**:

- **Integrity**, **reliability**, and a **positive attitude**
