Our CompanyBriteway is an industry-leading high access cleaning company with nearly 40 years of experience. We pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of service to some of Australia's largest properties. We are searching for the best team members to help us carry out window cleaning and high access cleaning in and around Sydney.

The RoleThe role involves performing a variety of window and facade cleaning via Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), Elevating Work Platform (EWP) and other high access equipment. We also work from the ground using a range of equipment and techniques. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain formally recognized qualifications with a company at the forefront of the industry. If you don't have experience with any of this, fear not – from day one, we'll teach you everything you need to know and give you the tools you need to succeed.

  • Have no fear of heights and be willing and able to work on the side of multi-storey buildings
  • Have a clean police record
  • Have a neat and tidy appearance
  • Be able to comply with the company's smoke-free workplace policy
  • Be able to communicate clearly in English
  • Be seeking long-term employment and able to work full-time hours
