About the role

Sleek window science is seeking an experienced, full-time Windows installer/glazier to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for providing high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service as you install custom-designed windows for residential and commercial properties across the city.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately measuring, cutting, and installing all types of windows to precise specifications
  2. Ensuring the proper fitting and secure installation of windows, including sealing and weather-proofing
  3. Troubleshooting any installation issues and finding effective solutions
  4. Providing courteous and professional customer service throughout the installation process
  5. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, and following all health and safety protocols
  6. Collaborating with the wider installation team to meet tight project deadlines

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years experience as a windows installer/glazier
  2. Strong technical skills in window installation, including the ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit windows
  3. Working knowledge of window materials, hardware, and installation techniques
  4. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  5. Experience in glazing large panel glasses/curtain walls
  6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  7. Current driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
