Window Cleaner – BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) Operator

We're seeking a motivated Window Cleaner – BMU Operator to join our façade cleaning team. This casual position offers flexible hours, competitive rates, and opportunities to progress into Rope Access (IRATA) or remain in a lower-impact BMU role for experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Building Maintenance Units (BMU) to perform high-rise window and façade cleaning
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks, complete safety documentation (SWMS/JSEA), and follow safe-work procedures
  • Work alongside rope-access and ground teams to deliver high-quality cleaning results
  • Use pure-water cleaning systems and specialist equipment to maintain professional standards

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
