About the role

Seeking experienced Aluminium Window & Door Installers/Glaziers, Carpenters and Glazier Apprentices welcome to apply. Labourers also needed and welcome to apply to join our installation teams in Sydney, NSW. This is a fulltime position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately measure, cut, and install aluminium windows and doors
  2. Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
  3. Liaise with clients and project managers to understand requirements
  4. Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time
  5. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  6. Assist with other carpentry tasks as needed
  7. On site Glazing
  8. Caulking and sealing
  9. Sub head and sub sill
  10. install aluminium louvres and screens

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an Aluminium Window & Door Installer/Carpenter, with at least 2-3 years in the industry
  2. Sub head and sub sill install experience
  3. Minimum 1-2 years of sub head and sub sill installation experience required
  4. Glazing experience
  5. Minimum 1-2 years of glazing experience required
  6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  7. Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools - Preferred supply of own tools, however can supply if needed
  8. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  10. Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
  11. White Card (minimum)
  12. Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
  13. Australian citizenship required for this position
