The Client

Well established freight forwarder and customs brokerage, with it's own transport division and warehouse and a supportive, positive working environment.

The Position

Key role in coordinating international freight deliveries for LCL, FCL and airfreight shipments working closely with internal teams including customs,  warehouse and company drivers deliver timely and compliant services to clients.

The Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import deliveries across LCL, FCL, and air freight shipments
  • Manage customs and quarantine clearance processes to ensure cargo availability
  • Prepare and process clearance and transport documentation
  • Arrange and coordinate local and national deliveries in line with client agreements
  • Monitor shipment status and cargo availability
  • Address client and internal inquiries, providing high level of customer service
  • Liaise with DAWE and Customs for inspections, holds, and regulatory compliance
  • Collect and process charges, invoicing, and job costings

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience in international freight forwarding, along with:

  • Strong knowledge of local sea, air, and depot transport operations
  • Experience using CargoWise - essential
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Forklift Licence preferred
