About The Role
As a Client Service Officer in our Private Wealth – Insurance Team, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of tailored insurance advice. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys client interaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position can be either part-time or full-time, based on the preferences of the successful individual.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, insurance providers, fund managers, and internal teams
  • Manage email enquiries across multiple inboxes
  • Provide clear and timely communication regarding policy applications, renewals, and claims
  • Prepare standard correspondence and generate invoices
  • Lodge applications and obtain quotes
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
  • Maintain client data across platforms (XPlan, XPM, FYI)
  • General admin support (scanning, filing)

Skills and Experience
Some of the skills, experience and attributes that you would bring to the role include:

  • Experience in administration with a client focus, or partial/full completion of a Financial Planning degree
  • Understanding of insurance products, compliance, and confidentiality requirements (desirable)
  • Ability to competently use Insurance Systems (e.g., XPLAN and various Insurance Platforms – desirable, not essential)
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
