Are you passionate about client service and looking for a flexible part-time role in a professional, supportive environment?

Our client is a well-established financial planning business located in Sydney's CBD, known for delivering a genuine and high-quality client experience.  They are seeking a Client Services Officer to join their team, three days per week.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Advisor with day-to-day administration and operations
  • Managing client records and correspondence with accuracy
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and internal team members to ensure timely processing of transactions and requests
  • Handling general office tasks, including, printing, scanning and document management
  • Providing exceptional service both over the phone and in person
  • Assist with phone calls and supporting other team members as needed

What We Are Looking For:

·       Experience in financial services (Financial Planning or Accounting preferred)

·       Familiarity with Xplan is highly regarded; strong Microsoft Office are essential

·       High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-orientated mindset

·       Excellent communication and time management skills
