The Team
The Operations team is responsible for providing the Client Service & Administration across a full suite of Ord Minnett products including, direct equities, managed investment, structured products and reporting services.
The Role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Client Services Officer to join our New Accounts team in the Sydney office on 12-month fixed-term basis, with possible extension.
Our Primary focus is to ensure all client requests are processed within a timely manner, registry systems are adequately maintained, internal/external relationships with custodians/business partners are sustained to consistently meet service standards while ensuring a seamless service experience to our clients.
In this role you will provide a seamless service experience to Ord Minnett's clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data interpretation and data entry, ensuring account maintenance is accurately completed and appropriate correspondence is sent to clients.
- New accounts created in a timely manner across all products ensuring that the criteria of each product is met
- Support adviser network through more complex account creation (international requirements, various documentation for platforms, options/warrants accounts).
- Co-ordinate onboarding process for new advisers/clients.
- Deceased estate cases are processed according to regulatory requirements and appropriate correspondence is sent within service standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines
- Strong call centre experience
- Completion of customer service courses
- Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Looking to gain entry into, and experience within, a financial services organisation
- Completed diploma/degree in a related field (preferrable)
