Fee Structure:

• 50/80% commission on employment-based agent + great referral fees + extensive lead generation and admin and PA support 7 days a week, up to $60k co-investment per year

• 60/90% as a co-agent/independent contractor + great referral fees + extensive lead generation and admin and PA support 7 days a week, up to $60k co-investment per year

• 70/90% for the top agent or EBU + great referral fees + extensive lead generation and admin and PA support 7 days a week, up to $60k co-investment per year

• 85-95% as a franchise owner with option for our HQ to run your non dollar productive admin work, for your life long 4 in 1 journey without breaking your magic compounding return, while enjoying the same corporate promotion of $100k cash giveaway, full admin support 7 days a week, on 85-95%, duel branding if required, referral, joint listing & sale and a separate weekly mentoring from the 4 in 1 strategist Peter Huang personally, like any world champion, not purely by a BDM or support staff
