This is not just another drafting job. We're looking for someone who is committed to getting the job done — someone thoughtful, creative, and resourceful, with a strong understanding of Revit, and services co-ordination skills who can help drive projects from design to delivery.

You'll be working for a respected commercial builder with over 30 years of success across projects within education, hospitality, retail, and more. Known for their family-oriented culture and commitment to quality, they pride themselves on delivering projects on time, on budget, and with transparency and collaboration at every step.

What we're looking for:
This role will suit someone who can think outside the box, but always keep buildability front of mind.
You'll be a proactive, pragmatic problem-solver — someone who can look at a project, spot potential issues before they arise, and offer practical, buildable solutions that work both on paper and on-site.
If you can easily straddle both design intent and construction reality, you'll fit in perfectly with the team.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong Revit drafting skills and proven experience in services coordination and clash detection.

Your role will include:

  • Leading the development and coordination of Revit models alongside external consultants and designers

  • Identifying buildability challenges early and working collaboratively to solve them

  • Providing senior drafting leadership and mentoring support to junior staff

  • Proactively supporting project delivery across design and construction stages

  • Supporting the ongoing development of the internal BIM and documentation processes

  • Working closely with on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Solid experience in a senior drafting or design coordination role

  • Strong Revit skills (a must) and Service Co-ordination skills (highly valued)

  • A proven ability to think pragmatically, problem-solve, and add value to design outcomes

  • A down-to-earth, collaborative approach to working with builders and consultants

  • High attention to detail and a genuine understanding of how projects are built

  • Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a supportive team culture

Important:

  • Full-time, office-based role in Brisbane.

  • Full Australian working rights required.

  • You'll need to enjoy regular site visits and close collaboration with project teams.
