Cairns, Queensland, Australia Ampla Digital Full time $45,000 - $65,000 per year

About Us

Ampla Digital is a fast-paced, boutique marketing agency serving clients across Australia. While our core services are in digital marketing, we also offer traditional media, websites, and graphic design. We're a small, agile team that thrives on helping our clients grow and no two days are ever the same (in a good way).

The Role

We're looking for an Agency Coordinator - an organised, proactive, and adaptable all-rounder who can wear multiple hats and support the agency across all areas of delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is eager to learn quickly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You'll be at the heart of our operations - coordinating client work, supporting the trading team with campaign delivery, and ensuring the smooth running of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate agency projects across production, delivery, reporting, and dashboards
  • Attend client meetings with the Account Director and take follow-up actions
  • Support the digital trading team with campaign set-up and light optimisation tasks
  • Assist with reporting and performance monitoring across digital platforms
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across multiple accounts
  • Act as a key point of support for both internal teams and external clients

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Agile and adaptable - you enjoy variety and switching gears when needed
  • A fast learner with a genuine interest in digital marketing
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a boutique agency environment
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
  • Proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

Bonus Skills (not required but highly regarded)

  • Experience with digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with reporting dashboards and analytics tools
  • Exposure to media, creative, or marketing agency environments

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a dynamic and supportive team serving clients nationally
  • Gain exposure across a wide variety of digital and traditional marketing projects
  • Flexible work arrangements: remote or based in our Cairns office
  • Opportunity to learn and grow in all areas of digital marketing and media
  • Flexibility with hours and work location for the right applicant
