Full-Time | Fly-In-Fly-Out | Remote Queensland
Are you passionate about creating sustainable change in remote communities?
EMG Inclusive Supports is seeking expressions of interest for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll mentor and empower local teams across some of Queensland's most remote communities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive disability supports.
This full-time position involves regular travel to remote areas, immersing yourself in community life for a minimum of two weeks each month (with the flexibility to return home on weekends during those weeks). If you're an empathetic, driven, and adaptable leader with a genuine commitment to empowering others, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Program Coordinator, you'll focus on developing and strengthening our local workforce, building the capability of emerging leaders, guiding quality service delivery, and supporting teams to operate confidently and independently within their communities.
Your role centres on mentoring, coaching, and ensuring program quality and compliance, while supporting the consistent delivery of effective, person-centred services under the NDIS.
This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape sustainable, community-led disability services. By supporting local people to grow their skills and leadership, you'll be helping create long-term pathways that allow NDIS participants to continue living and thriving within their own communities.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who thrives on purpose and people. You'll have:
· A strong desire to make a meaningful difference in remote communities.
· Proven leadership and team development experience, ideally within human services, community services, or the NDIS sector.
· The ability to build trust, nurture capability, and empower others to grow.
· Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
· A readiness to travel and work on Country for extended periods.
· Commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or Leadership & Management are valued but not essential - we place greater importance on your attitude, integrity, and ability to inspire others.
Why Join EMG Inclusive Supports?
At EMG Inclusive Supports, we're driven by our vision to build sustainable, community-led disability services in some of Queensland's most remote locations. Our Program Coordinators are the mentors and connectors, who help make that possible - growing local capability and ensuring that NDIS participants can continue to live in their own communities.
When you join EMG Inclusive Supports, you join a team that believes in:
· Empowering local people to lead their own programs.
· Investing in professional growth and leadership pathways.
· Respecting and embracing the unique cultures of the communities we support.
Key Requirements
· Capacity and willingness to travel regularly to remote communities (minimum two weeks per month).
· Demonstrated leadership, staff management, and mentoring experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
· Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
· Current Driver's Licence.
· Ability to obtain a Blue Card and any other required clearances.
· Current or willingness to obtain a Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate.
