Air Export Coordinator

YOUR ROLEWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:
  • Negotiate spot rates and secure carrier space, updating system rate modules
  • Build consolidations and manage HAWB/MAWB documentation
  • Lodge export declarations and aviation security paperwork in line with RACA standards
  • Prepare Dangerous Goods documentation and escalate non-compliance
  • Coordinate temperature-sensitive and pharmaceutical shipments under GDP protocols
  • Verify charges, manage accruals and issue customer invoices
  • Provide proactive status updates and service recovery communications
  • Support audits and maintain accurate digital records for compliance.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Completion of Year 12 (vocational qualification in logistics desirable)
  • IATA Dangerous Goods certification, and ASIC or willingness to obtain same
  • Strong CargoWise capability, including use of Rate Manager and Freight Tracker
  • Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, RACA, and chain-of-custody compliance
  • Prior experience with high-value, AOG, perishables, or pharma cargo
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
