A busy mid-sized multinational Australian owned company is seeking an experienced flexible, driven, approachable and energetic candidate to join our growing team based onsite at the Head Office in Auburn.
The Role:
Reporting to the Account Director, the Sales Support Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day admin management of this large travel group, suppling everything from merchandise, promotional items and point of sale through to signage, brochures and gifts. Working with the Account Director and departments in meeting daily task requirements, whilst also having the ability to react to urgent requests and think on their feet.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Regular engagement with clients and colleagues across production, logistics, and account management
§ Managing daily WIP & status reports to ensure print and production deadlines are met
§ Coordinating with internal studio, prepress, and production teams to progress jobs through the workflow
§ Liaising with external print suppliers and logistics partners to ensure requirements are fulfilled on time and to specification
§ Prioritising workloads to balance multiple projects with varying deadlines
§ Identifying potential improvements in production workflows, account service, and client outcomes
§ Maintaining accurate administration of product catalogues and production data within the IT system
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:
§ Previous experience in the print, production, or related marketing services industry
§ Professional manner with strong relationship-building skills
§ Motivated with a "can-do" attitude and ability to work under pressure
§ Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
§ High attention to detail, especially when reviewing artwork, job specs, and production requirements
§ Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
§ Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving in a production environment
§ Process-driven with a commitment to quality and deadlines
