The Opportunity
A leading ASX organisation that is going through significant growth is seeking a driven Financial Analyst to join their Group Finance team. This highly visible role will provide broad exposure across budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and strategic analysis.
Reporting to the FP&A Lead and working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will play a key part in supporting decision-making, developing financial models, and driving continuous improvement in reporting and planning processes.
The Challenge
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking
- Delivering accurate and timely management and board reporting with meaningful insights
- Developing financial models and KPI dashboards to support analysis and decision-making
- Partnering with business leaders to provide commercial and financial insights
- Supporting process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
The Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, with CA/CPA qualifications (or working towards)
- 3+ years' experience from Audit or Business Advisory, within a Big 4 or Mid-Tier firm
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
