About the role
The Senior Records Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, implementation, and administration of the Student Enrolment & Data Entry programs. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of student data and provides strategic support to the Head, School and Student Data Services.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
Managing competing priorities and high volumes of work, exercising sound judgement to triage and respond to ad hoc requests, resolve complex data issuesDeveloping and implementing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to system enhancements to data entry, processing and reporting functions.Coordinate the planning and delivery of student results and credential release activities.Provide leadership in the planning and coordination of student entry and data entry programs.Our ideal candidate will have:
A strong ability to manage and resolve issues in a high-volume, frontline environment while maintaining a strong customer service focus and meeting critical deadlines.Experience balancing operational demands with stakeholder needs, including responding to ad hoc requests and unforeseen issues in a time-sensitive setting.Coordinating the implementation of communication plans and resolving technical issues across key digital platforms such as Students Online and Schools Online.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and leading direct reports.Demonstrated understanding of the NSW school system, including school operations, governance structures, and stakeholder responsibilities.Proven experience in maintaining and managing the accuracy and integrity of student data and records, including identifying and resolving data quality issues.Essential Requirements:
