Job Description

Cohesion Labels is a Western Australian company with a strong client base in the Eastern States.

This is a perfect role for a Business Development Manager who has previously worked autonomously and remotely for a small to medium-sized company, developing and growing their position.

This role is to work closely with existing clients and to develop new business.

We seek an Account Manager to complement our tight-knit team. Your role is to ensure the retention of established clients and the acquisition of new clients.

The ideal Candidate

  • You can work permanently in Australia. IE: you have the appropriate visas and you are not on a working holiday visa or need sponsorship.
  • Has previously worked autonomously and remotely for a small to medium-sized company.
  • Has worked in their last role for at least two years.
  • Their last role was a lead generation and sales role.
  • Their previous employer is happy to be one of their referees.
  • Your referee will say you had high energy and a great work ethic.
  • Your referee will also say you consistently achieved your sales targets.
  • Your referee will also say you consistently achieved your client retention targets.
  • Your referee will also say you consistently resolved challenging problems.
  • Your referee will also say you are highly resilient.
