THE ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Account Manager working 6 hours a day to join the amazing Star 104.5 Sales team based in Gosford. Star 104.5 is THE #1 Radio Station on the Central Coast, and you will be joining a team that is passionate, hard-working and 100% focused on providing outstanding customer service. PLUS they love good banter, celebrate the wins and will support your personal and professional development.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have:

In summary:

• Passion to generate and grow advertising revenue through new client prospecting and lead generation.
• Following the NOVA Entertainment sales model to secure business with existing clients.
• Delivering strong outcomes which exceed client expectations.
• Employing strategic Account List Management (ALM) and effectively manage the account list in accordance with NOVA Entertainment process.
• Capably match client needs to station opportunities.

• A commitment to achieving monthly budgets (and the ability to develop sales tactics to ensure personal and client success)

This is a part-time working 30.4 hours a week, on-site position located in our Gosford studios. Our teams are dynamic, engaged and highly collaborative and being on-site will ensure your personal and professional career development.
