VN13949Associate Vendor Business ManagerAU-Sydney As an Associate Vendor Business Manager you will take ownership of various back-end tasks as delegated by the Zscaler VBM, allowing them to focus on key vendor and partner-facing activities. You will typically liaise across the business with the teams that support our Zscaler business, including Sales, Presales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Services, to ensure operational readiness, smooth transactions and improved processes. Forecasting and reporting will be at the forefront of this role.

Using your growing Zscaler program and product expertise, you will solve problems for partners and influence them to grow their Zscaler business with Westcon.

  • Support the execution of strategic business plans and partner onboarding
  • Drive commercial growth and ensure alignment with vendor objectives
  • Lead reporting and forecasting activities
  • Collaborate across departments to improve processes and ensure operational readiness
  • Build strong relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and program execution
  • Contribute to inventory and pricing strategies
  • Monitor revenue and margin goals, and identify opportunities to optimise
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent admin and follow-up capabilities with attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of pricing, margin, and inventory management
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data manipulation)
  • Confident presenter with negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing, sales-focused role
  • Familiarity with the ICT channel and cybersecurity space is a plus
