Facilities Administrator

This multi-skilled position supports the campus community by providing high-quality customer service, administrative support, and logistical coordination. Responsibilities:- Provide professional customer service aligned with organisational values
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including contractors
- Monitor and follow up on work progress to ensure timely completion
- Maintain and manage technical databases and registers
- Support venue management and logistics coordination
- Assist in preparing operational and financial reports
- Qualification or relevant experience in Finance, Bookkeeping, or Business Administration
- Experience with facilities management software and systems
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Strong attention to detail in financial and administrative tasks
- Skilled in service recovery and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of facilities operations and reporting standards
