Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW for a Customer Success Manager (Founding Team) at Care GP. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining customers, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include proactively addressing customer needs, analyzing customer data, and working closely with healthcare operators to optimize their experience with our platform.

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
