We are expanding our in-house tech team to support the continuous improvement of our digital platform and automation systems to deliver a faster, smoother, and smarter customer experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on enhancing and maintaining our e-commerce platform, integrating backend systems with production workflows, and improving customer-facing features to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using C# (.NET) and SQL Server, ensuring stable and scalable architecture.
  • Build modern, responsive user interfaces using (React) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and integrate real-time backend modules using Convex to support live order and production workflows.
  • Manage and optimise deployments and infrastructure using AWS EC2, S3, and Lambda.
  • Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and ORM mappings to support business-critical systems.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver seamless full-stack features.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and code reviews to maintain software quality.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all systems and services.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core, SQL Server, and relational database design.
  • Hands-on experience with and modern React development.
  • Familiarity with Convex or similar serverless frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
  • Experience in e-commerce platform development or print-on-demand systems is highly regarded.
