You will work closely with clients, project managers, and internal developers to design, implement, and maintain AI-powered solutions that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable AI and automation solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide technical advice and strategic input on automation and AI system design, including feasibility studies, solution modelling, and cost/benefit evaluation.
• Design, develop, and integrate generative AI models, APIs, and automation pipelines into enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
• Customise, configure, and upgrade software applications, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technology standards.
• Test, validate, and refine AI models and automation frameworks, applying iterative improvements for accuracy, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare system documentation, technical specifications, and user guidelines for implemented solutions.
• Conduct performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation of AI and automation applications to maintain efficiency.
• Lead research into emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, advising on their potential adoption to improve service delivery.
• Maintain robust compliance with industry regulations, data governance, and security standards in all AI implementations.
• Train and support end-users in the effective use of automation systems and AI tools, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainable usage.
• Contribute to the development of innovative prototypes, proofs of concept, and pilot programs showcasing AI-driven capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant professional experience in AI, software development, or automation engineering.

Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation
