Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (experience with NetSuite will be highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily invoicing and freight organisation
  • Maintain and update internal systems and records
  • Assist with stocktake scheduling and data updates
  • Support inventory system maintenance
  • Prepare customer and management reports as required
  • Act as WHS Representative/Return to Work Coordinator
