We are Top3 F45 studio in Australia Our studio thrives on creating a supportive,fun community where members of all fitness levels push their limits through innovative 45-minute workouts combining HIIT, circuit, and functional training. With a passionate team and a fun, inclusive environment, we're dedicated to helping our members achieve their goals while fostering a sense of belonging.

We're hiring a passionate F45 Coach

The role offers flexible shifts, with availability for at least one weekend shift per week.

(10-15hr a week)

Job Role Description

As a Coach here you will be passionate about F45 and deliver F45 classes with a smile. You will be a reliable, energetic, and results-driven Coach who loves helping members achieve their fitness goals. You will be a role model to our close community of members.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training classes with the correct F45 terminology
  • Motivate members during and after training
  • Develop and help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment
  • Get to know our clients by name
  • Ensure clients are using the correct form at all times
  • Inspire and promote an energetic environment
  • Attend to any injuries highlighted by members

Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced F45 Coach is HIGHLY favourable
  • Cert III (Group Instructor) OR Cert IV in Fitness (both are preferable)
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR
  • At least 2 years as a group fitness instructor

Key Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • A willingness to work weekends
  • Eager to be actively involved in growing the business
  • Willing to take feedback not as criticism, but as a way of Self Development
  • Passionate about the health and well-being of members
  • Team player and eager to grow and develop
