About the Role

The Trainer role for ANZ will support the Training & Development Director to plan, develop & execute best-in-class training & education seminars, online platforms & bespoke sessions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering face-to-face and online training sessions across ANZ.

Reporting to the Training & Development Director - ANZ, you will:

• Support the Training & Development Director to create, adapt and deliver the training materials and digital content derived from global and local sources in line with the training calendar.
• Present and manage the onboarding programs and induction of new team members.
• Assist with the facilitation of the Seasonal Training sessions and Niche Brand training.
• Provide creative content and support for the development and execution of the online e-learning platform.
• Maintain a high standard of brand ambassadorship always modelling best in class service and approach when in training and visiting sales teams in the field.
• Supporting the field teams through a specific coaching and development program.
• Assisting with instore special events, VIP customer engagements and masterclasses both in person and virtual classes.

About You

• Currently a Trainer with another beauty or luxury or premium brand, or a Senior Beauty Advisor with an interest to move into Training & Education.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills.
• Experience working within Department Store channel.
• Manage and prioritise demanding workload to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• High achiever, career focused, task oriented and very flexible.
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel. Advanced Word. Advanced Power Point.
• Digitally savvy.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to juggle diverse requirements.
• Enjoys being in the field and mentoring team members.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment preferred.
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV
• Australian work rights
