Besides personal training, we offer a PT mentorship program and monthly public workshops on various health and wellbeing topics. Our comprehensive approach ensures that any question clients have is met with an answer.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Personal Fitness Trainer located on-site in Sydney, NSW. The Personal Fitness Trainer will work directly with clients to deliver personalized training programs, corrective exercises, and group training sessions. The trainer will also offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes, ensure clients' progress towards their fitness goals, and participate in ongoing professional development through our workshops and seminars.

Qualifications

  • Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training skills
  • Corrective Exercise knowledge
  • Experience in Group Training
  • Understanding of the Fitness Industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create and adapt personalized training plans
  • Certifications in Personal Training and relevant fitness courses
  • First Aid and CPR certification
