Flowsafe Traffic Solutions is a comprehensive traffic management company which aims to deliver professional, safe and reliable traffic management and labour hire services to the construction and events industry. Due to continued company growth, Flowsafe is seeking to expand it's friendly team of Traffic Controllers, Labourers and Electrical Spotters to maintain a high level of service to our clients.

While we are ideally seeking experienced Experienced Traffic Control Team Leaders, we do have some room to take on inexperienced personnel with the right attitude and work ethic, who would receive on the job training with a Team Leader.

The majority of our projects are within the metro area, however job bookings could span throughout Victoria. While we aim to allocate our personnel to the closest possible project to their residential location, flexibility with when and where you work, along with responsiveness to call outs is a must to succeed at this role due to the dynamic nature of the traffic management industry.

Take home company vehicles are available to the right candidates who demonstrate a high level of punctuality, reliability and knowledge.

Qualifications/Tickets Required:

  • Traffic Control Tickets (RIIWHS205D Stop/Slow & RIIWHS302D Implement TMP) accepted if completed prior to 1st March.
  • TC1 (RIISS / TMI1 (RIISS
  • TC2 (RIISS00059) /TMI2 (
  • OH&S Construction Induction White Card
  • Current driver's license (manual favorable but not necessary)
  • Previous traffic control experience (preferred 1 year proven experience)
  • First Aid & CPR (preferred)
  • Works with Children Check (WWCC)

Additional Favored Qualification (ideal, not a requirement)

  • Electrical Spotters Ticket
  • Rigger or Dogman Ticket

Successful applicants will also possess:

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctual and responsive to emails, calls and requests via our scheduling mobile app
  • Capability to read, interpret and comply with Flowsafe company policies and procedures
  • Ability to read and implement Traffic Management Plans/Traffic Guidance Schemes
  • Experience and knowledge of reading, activating and deactivating MOA permits
  • A professional, trustworthy and respectful attitude towards Flowsafe clients, staff and members of the public.
  • Ability to take instruction and constructive criticism well
  • A positive can-do attitude is a must
