JP Flynn Builders is an Australian owned company that has been primarily focused on the provision of low cost, high volume and high quality domestic insurance repairs for over 35+ years. With the support of Australia's largest personal insurers, we are seeking to grow even further in 2025.

This growth has presented an exciting opportunity for a Construction Supervisor to join our South Australian Team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating suppliers & subcontractors for high-quality repairs

  • Development and maintenance of professional relationships with the JP Flynn team including internal and external customers

  • Maintain and promote awareness and adherence to JP Flynn policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all variations to the scope of works are managed and in line with JP Flynn and insurer guidelines
  • Ensure that the team meet agreed labour and material allowance and report any exceptions accordingly
  • Delivery of Repair Department KPI's – focus on cycle times, project costings & OH&S relevant legislative standards
  • Accurate documentation and compliance to internal and external customer specifications
  • Ensure high quality of internal and external trade repair management

As the ideal applicant, you will have:

  • Industry experience and a strong background in large loss insurance building works
  • Experience working with Loss Adjusters and insurance stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management and site supervision skills
  • KPI and results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow with the business
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with insurance industry standards and compliance
  • Strong reporting skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A developed trade background with leadership experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and an ERP such as Prime Ecosystem
