Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor located in Adelaide, SA, with some work from home acceptable. The Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and monitor project progress. The role includes responsibilities such as planning and scheduling work, managing resources, and ensuring quality control. The Supervisor will also contribute to Indigenous engagement and the development of Indigenous Trade Contractors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction supervision, project management, and resource allocation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Ability to coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and manage project documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Indigenous engagement and experience working with Aboriginal communities
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
  • Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
