**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
- Assist with medication management and health monitoring as required.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A caring and respectful approach to supporting elderly individuals.
