Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager to join our Place Albany Creek team Opening its doors in 2020, the team has more than a decade of combined experience specialising in Brisbane's ever growing north-eastern corridor.

Our ideal candidate will be an engaging communicator with strong time management skills. Attention to detail is crucial in this role and helps make a positive difference to our clientele. Ideally, you will have experience successfully managing a portfolio of properties and exposure to collaborating with external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuing to nurture and boost existing client relationships
  • End to end portfolio management - assisting landlords to maximise their assets whilst managing arrears
  • Actioning maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct periodic property inspections
  • List properties for lease and assess applications when required
  • Manage QCAT claims and attend hearings when required
  • Participate in all training and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills
  • Engaging presentation and communication skills
  • Have a can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve under pressure
  • A client centric mindset
  • A genuine love of People
