Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager located in South Brisbane, QLD. The Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coordinating training, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. Additionally, the Bar Manager will drive sales strategies, foster a positive team culture, and collaborate with management to enhance the venue's reputation and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences and effective team collaboration.
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service, including expertise in bar operations and menu planning.
  • Proficiency in employee Training and development to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Sales and relationship-building skills to contribute to the venue's profitability and guest retention.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with attention to detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Previous managerial experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), are a plus.
