Training Administrator/Receptionist

An opportunity exists for a Training Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Townsville. This position is a key role within our organisation and reports to the Training Coordinator.
This position will be responsible for all aspects in relation to the smooth delivery of training, working closely with the coordinator you will assisting scheduling of trainers and plan for upcoming courses in addition to providing a high level of customer service to our clients.
As an integral part of the Administration team, it is essential that you have had previous administrative experience.
Your Interpersonal, communication and time management skills must be of an exceptionally high standard, and to be able to work with minimum supervision.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Course Collation
- Course Processing
- Training Room Preparation
- Quoting and confirming training bookings.
- Booking trainers and equipment for training delivery
- General Office Duties & Errands
- And any other duties as directed
The ideal candidate will have intermediate Word, Excel and Power point skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Have good attention to detail. Manual drivers licence is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role an advantage but not required.
