Your new company

Our public sector client is seeking an Investigation and Recovery Officer to join their team on a temporary contract through to the end of November 2025. The role will be working 5 days per week/ 7.5 hours per day. This position is located within Perth CBD nearby to public transport and parking.
Our client is seeking someone to commence as soon as possible.

Your new role

  • Review client files and investigates entitlement to pension
  • Calculate amount of pension foregone and lodge a claim with the Insurer for the amount due.
  • Liaises with Trust Managers and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to use and create complex formulae in EXCEL.

  • Ability to undertake research into historical rate of payments

  • Good written and oral communication skills.

  • Well-developed analytical skills.
