About the Role

As our TAEC, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition, driving proactive sourcing across all career stages—from graduates to experienced professionals. You'll craft and execute campaigns that showcase FACTION's unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP), build strategic partnerships, and ensure every candidate touchpoint reflects our culture of Value Creation, Challenger Thinking, Passion, and Collaboration.

You'll also play a key role in workforce planning, partnering with the Managing Director to align recruitment with business needs, support onboarding and leadership development, and maintain strong alumni relationships for future engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Talent Acquisition & Branding

  • Source top talent through search, campaigns, and networks

  • Promote FACTION's EVP via events, partnerships, and digital content

  • Lead graduate recruitment initiatives and university engagement

  • Workforce Planning & Engagement

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with future hiring needs

  • Support onboarding, leadership programs, and cultural integration

  • Maintain alumni connections and support exit-to-market transitions

  • Strategic Partnerships & Market Presence

  • Develop relationships with recruitment partners and industry bodies

  • Represent FACTION at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities

  • Travel across office locations to build market intelligence and engagement

  • Data & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics and market insights to inform strategy

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in recruitment, branding, and engagement ideally within property or professional services
  • Experience within an internal role or within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of digital talent engagement and recruitment marketing
  • Relationship-building skills with universities, industry bodies, and external partners
  • A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to challenge traditional approaches
