If you're a Planner who loves fast-moving product, thrives on trend and volume, and knows the power of getting stock flow right — this one's for you.

We're looking for a Senior Merchandise Planner with strong experience in Footwear to join one of Australia's most recognised retail brands. You'll be the commercial driver behind a product category that never stands still — partnering with Buying and Allocations to maximise sell-through, profitability, and customer demand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build detailed financial plans and forecasts that balance stock, sales and margin.
  • Partner with Buyers to deliver ranges that land at the right time, at the right price, with the right depth.
  • Own in-season trading, ensuring OTB, replenishment, and markdown strategies are on point.
  • Analyse performance daily, spotting trends early and adjusting strategies fast.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise allocations and store performance.
  • Coach and mentor junior Planners or Allocators, helping lift team capability.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience as a Merchandise Planner, ideally within Footwear or Accessories.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving profitable growth.
  • Advanced analytical and forecasting skills, confident working with data to make decisions.
  • A natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with Buying and Design.
  • Agile, adaptable, and excited by the pace of a dynamic retail environment.
