We are a growing boutique accounting firm based in Dandenong, working closely with a wide range of clients including tradies, small-to-medium businesses, and individual PAYG clients.

We are looking for an experienced Tax Accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering practical accounting and tax solutions.

About the Role

  • Preparation and lodgement of income tax returns, BAS, FBT, and financial statements
  • Tax planning and business advisory for SMEs
  • Working directly with clients to resolve queries and provide guidance
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and compliance tasks as required
  • Supporting directors and the team in client service delivery

About You

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in public practice accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirements
  • Experience with SMEs, tradies, and PAYG clients preferred
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) highly regarded
