The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused
Sales Executive – Membership & Education
to join our Growth & Partnerships team.
In this role, you'll lead outreach to prospective members and education clients, develop strong relationships with senior marketing leaders, and support the conversion of sales pipeline into meaningful, long-term partnerships.
You'll collaborate across ADMA to bring campaigns to life, solve business problems with smart solutions, and provide exceptional customer service that reflects our values and brand.
This role is fixed term for 12 months with the opportunity to become permanent in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage prospects to grow Membership and Education offerings
- Build and convert a pipeline of leads via outreach, networking, and referrals
- Lead confident, solutions-led conversations with marketing decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns and sales support
- Maintain CRM discipline and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Deliver best-in-class service and onboarding experiences
About You
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Passionate about customer engagement and building trust
- Organised, disciplined, and results-focused with a structured sales approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting
- Knowledge or interest in marketing, education, or the data economy
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and high standards
